Download keeps timing out

I have downloaded and installed the new patch. I have tried to download episode 3 numerous times and it get almost half-way done before it says timed-out. I have never had this problem with previous episodes. Internet and wifi are working fine. Help.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I noticed you mentioned you are currently using a WiFi network to download the episode. If you are experiencing slow download speeds, I recommend resetting your wireless network access point (Modem/Router) then after it has reset, reconnect to the network, and try the download again. If the issue persists, please also try plugging into your Modem/Router via an Ethernet cord, and your download speeds should be greatly improved.
