Episodes won't download
I bought the season pass a few weeks ago and have been unable to download any of the episodes. Every time I try I get a message telling me to connect my device to the internet, even though I am connected. I'm on an rca pro 10, running android 4.2.2.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions to resolve your issue:
1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version
2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it
3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.
4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.
5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.
6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will NOT delete your save data)
If you still experience the issue, please note that your particular Android device does not meet the Minimum System Requirements to run the game successfully, which may be attributing to your issues. Where the game app requires a minimum of a Mali-T600 or equivalent GPU, your current device is using a Mali-400 GPU. If your issues persist, I would have to recommend try downloading the episodes on a device that meets the minimum system requirements.
