It's not out yet. Telltale has, so far, only announced we can expect the game to come out sometime this year. I expect Telltale will announce more info later this Summer or early this fall.
Keep in mind that Minecraft: Story Mode will be an entirely new/separate game from Telltale, and will not be an extension/mod/etc to the original Minecraft game.
