game of thrones the complete first season (episodes 1-6) doesnt work

Hey there. I just purchased the above named game bundle from the Xbox store on Xbox one. The descriptor on this bundle describes gaining access to all six episodes of season 1 of the game. It clearly states that episodes 1 through 3 are available now, and that the rest will follow. Here's the problem, the bundle only cost 4.99, the same as an episode (I know right, great deal) and purchasing it did nothing. Nothing of note downloaded, I cannot access any episodes, all still wish to charge me for download. There is no indication at all that spending my money did anything. The only way I can tell it's purchased at all is to go back through The marketplace and find the bundle, at which point it gives me the option to manage instead of purchase. Clicking this does nothing. Xbox support says this is not an issue on their end, they did not place this bundles in the marketplace. My support dude implied the bundle seems fishy
As it's too cheap to make any sense.

I'd like to know where my money went and where My games are.

  • I registered on this site because I am having the same issue. Xbox sent me here or to twitter. My money is gone from my account, but I have no game. It would be kind of cool to know what's going on.

    The transaction was successful; I received both a PayPal e-mail confirmation ("Receipt for Your Payment to Microsoft Luxembourg S.a.r.l.") & another e-mail from billing@microsoft.com ("Microsoft Purchase Confirmation").

    The only options I have when viewing the content on my Xbox One console are:

    Manage

    Pin / Unpin

    If I select "Manage", I see a screen with just the title "Manage Game of Thrones - The Complete First Season (Episodes 1-6)". Nothing else is displayed.

    I can "Pin", but clicking the "Pinned" icon just returns me to the options ("Manage" & "Unpin").

  • Via the Chat service [ https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us ] regarding the refund:

    "This should reflect on your account in 24 to 72 hours the most."

    I received notification from PayPal within two minutes of ending the chat session.

  • Same happened to me. Money taken from my Microsoft account and no game..

  • Got download working. Rebooted xbox and clicked on manage game and the episodes were there:)

    I sincerely apologize for any difficulties caused by this. There was an issue with the Marketplace Store Page for a small amount of time, but the Store Page now looks to be working properly now. For those of you affected that haven't yet checked back, you should now be able to download the available episodes successfully.
