No Sound with Headphones!

in Game of Thrones - PC/Mac Support

When I use my headphones the game has no sound but when I don't use them the sounds is fine. I use the Razer Kraken 7.1 headset and the steam version of the game and was wondering how to solve the problem.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that the game does not support 5.1 or 7.1 Surround Sound at this time. Please make sure that you have your headphones set to Stereo (Left and Right speakers), then restart the game, and you should be able to hear the game through your headphones successfully.
