Hello. I purchased the game yesterday but I cannot play it. Everything works fine, sounds, subtitles, apart from visuals. I got nothing on the screen in-game other than sound/subs. My device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately it appears that your Android device's GPU does not meet the minimum system requirements to successfully run the game. Where we require a minimum of a PowerVR SGX544 series GPU or equivalent, your current device uses a PowerVR SGX540 series GPU. I recommend either playing on a device that is above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support directly for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests.
