download problem

Trying to download episode 4 of game of thrones but when I download I receive a messafe stating content failed to download?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately Episode 4 has not yet been officially released. Please make sure to check out the Episode 4 Release Date Discussion Thread for the latest info on the release date for iOS devices.

I just bought the fourth episode but i cant download it....so same problem, any solution yet?

Can you please clarify if you receive an error message when attempting to download the episode? If so, what does the error message say? If you do not receive an error message and become stuck on the downloading screen, this may be either a connectivity issue or an issue with your device's processing power not being fully focused on the game application. I recommend closing the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully download and play Episode 4.

If the issue persists, please also try either resetting your wireless internet access point (Modem/Router) and retrying the download after it has fully reset, or try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if that connection is stronger with our servers and allows you to download the episode completely.
