Can I recover my choices?

in The Walking Dead - Season 2 - Android/Kindle Support

So I finished S2 of TWD about 6 moths ago. About 3 months ago or so, I had to perform a factory reset on my device (which is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3). To protect my data from the game, I copied and pasted the files into the sim card and removed it before performing the reset. After I re-downloaded the game and copied and pasted the old files into the new file folder for the app, I noticed that the game does show in save file 1 that I completed e5. However, the "My Choices" section in the main menu is locked as if I never played the game before.

Is there any way I can recover my choices? Or am I going to have to play both s1 and s2 all over again?

    Telltale, are you afraid of delivering bad news or something? I have noticed that mine is one of the few posts here to receive no response from you guys. Anyway, I found the answer to my question by reading another thread. Thanks so much for the info. -_-

    My apologies for the delayed response. Unfortunately save files on Android devices cannot be backed up outside of the game. If you move the file directory outside of your device, the save files will become corrupted and will not be able to be used again. I sincerely apologize for any difficulties this may cause you.
