Choices don't appear in account

I've been playing episode 1 on my PC but when I check on my account on here, it doesn't reflect any of my decisions, it's telling me that I've made no choices. So I was wondering, how do I get my choices to appear on this account?

When I first opened the game after downloading it, it did show a log in page to connect the game to the account but for some reason it said login or connection failed and the login thing has never appeared again when I open the game other times. Is that the reason why the choices hasn't shown up? That my game isn't connected?

If so, how do I get it to connect? Will I have to re-download the game again on my computer for the login page to show up?

    I apologize for any difficulties caused by this. Our database shows that you have successfully logged in in-game, and your choices are properly stored. If you are still not seeing your choices load on the website, please try refreshing the webpage by clicking the Refresh button. If the issue persists, please also try logging out of your Telltale account here by clicking 'My Account', then click 'Logout' from the drop down menu. Then log back in by clicking Log In in the same spot as My Account was, then click Games on the top of the webpage and navigate back to your Choices page, and your Choices page should then update to reflect your personal choices.

    If you are no longer receiving the Telltale Log In page, please check if your Telltale account is linked to the game by checking your Settings Page on this website. (Click My Account, then click Settings from the drop down menu) Under the Linking Account section, do you see your Xbox Live account linked to this Telltale account? If so, try unlinking it, then start the game again, and open the Telltale Account menu on the main menu, and choose to re-link your Telltale account in that menu. After it has re-linked, then see if your Choices page updates to show the proper choices unlocked.

  • I do not play it on Xbox or Steam, I bought the game code from Amazon just for the PC - does this mean I cannot link the game to have my choices appear on the account or is it something like I have to re-download or restart the game?

    Your Telltale account seems to be linked properly on our end. If you are still not seeing your Choices page update on the website, can you please clarify if your in-game My Choices page is working correctly? Before deleting or uninstalling anything, I recommend try replaying through the episode, then after you have completed the episode and returned to the main menu, exit out and log out and back into your Telltale account on this website, and see if your Choices page then updates successfully.

  • I can see the choices I made in episode 1 in the My Choices page in-game, however, I do not see Telltale Account page in the main menu section at all, I only see Play, Episodes, Codex, Settings, My Choices and such, but there is no indication in-game that there is a telltale account.

    If you are playing the Telltale Games version of the game, there will not be a Telltale Account page, as your account is already linked by signing in the first time you enter the game, and playing the Telltale Games version of the game. If you are still experiencing the issue, I will make sure to pass your information along to the web team to investigate further. I will make sure to reply when I have any updates for you.
