Same here. It's driving me mad! I couldn't wait to get home this morning, but when I launched my game, episode 4 was still listed as "Coming Soon." Why on earth would this be the case?
Are you a steam player? If so it will take 5 more hours to be out...
I played it on PS4 (Europe), I had to download it from the store because in the game it said "coming soon".
That's kinda annoying

Are you on Steam? They literally JUST updated. Restart your Steam account and the update will download.
