How long before i get the free episode and access?

I just pre-ordered TOMI, but i cant access the private forum, and i never got the chance to choose the extra episode...how long does it take before I get access?:confused:

    Just check your mailbox, there`s supposed to be a free download code in there. Just click on "Buy the Episode" in any series you want and enter your code. You will be billed 0 $.

    The email also has a link to the private forum. If you can't get into that (some people have had trouble), then send a nice request to support@telltalegames.com and they'll let you in.
