Still says "Episode 4 Coming Soon"

I am not able to download episode 4. I have a good internet connection and I actually downloaded TFTBL episode 2 yesterday, so I know my internet here is able to download new episodes. However, when I open the game and go to download GOT episode 4 it still says "Coming Soon". HELP?!?

EDIT: This is on a Mac, with the game purchased directly from the telltale website.

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We have made a server side fix for this issue on PC/Mac. Please close/exit out of the game completely, then also make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Updated Critical PC/Mac Patch available for the game. After it has been installed, then start the game again, and you should be able to start the game successfully, and download the new episode and play the game.
