Game Crashes when Downloading EP 4

Hi, there! My game does say for Episode Four that the EP is purchased, but not yet installed, instead of the usual "coming soon" problem I have on release days. But now, when I click to download the EP, the pop-up message saying that the game is downloading content appears for a while, and then the game crashes. I've tried resetting my Mac and re-downloading the game, but nothing works.

Also, if this information helps, I was getting a black screen for the menu screen earlier, but the music was still playing and I was able to move my mouse pointer around. I fixed this problem from re-downloading the Episode 2 Patch. Also, with past episodes, I had the "coming soon" problem, where it wouldn't allow me to download the episode, and my usual cure to this problem was deleting the save files and the game and then re-downloading and re-playing all the episodes, but I rather not do that this time.

I am running the GoT Support Tool right now, but I don't know how long it will take (I have the slowest almost five year old Mac) and I wanted to post this as soon as possible for someone to see, so I will post the link to my support tool in a reply as soon as possible.
