Black screen with music after clicking begin

Hi,
I'm trying to download and play episode 4 but i get stuck at a black screen with background music after hitting the "click to begin" button and it checks for dlc and stuff. I have tried windowless and full screen modes.

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We have made a server side fix for this issue on PC/Mac. Please close/exit out of the game completely, then also make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Updated Critical PC/Mac Patch available for the game. After it has been installed, then start the game again, and you should be able to start the game successfully, then download the new episode and play the game.

    Thank you so much! I actually was able to download the game after it crashing multiple times because it randomly worked one time (I don't know how or why). Then, when I kept trying to play, the game kept crashing during the first scene with Gared. So I put all the files from pervious Telltale Games I purchased (TWD, TWD 2, TWAU) on a flash drive, then deleted them from my computer to make more space on my Mac, and that helped the game to run. I'll try downloading the new patch and re-uploading all the previous Telltale Games files back onto my Mac and see if the game still works. Thanks so much for all your help!
