I do not have Episode 4 Available...

I am playing on PC and I've had no problems with the first three episodes...did I miss something?

    On top of that after the initial try I now have another problem. After I hit start I get nothing but a blank screen. Music plays in the background but that is it. I guess now I will have to run the risk of trying to back up my save and making it work with a fresh download of the game. I hope I do not have to start all over again.
