Episode 4 Release time? Xbox360

When does Episode 4 come out for Xbox360? When I went on the game it said something about new DLC and having to return to the main menu I said no then I could access everything. I went to download sons of winter and it has that circle with a line through it. Does it come out at a certain time? I'm Uk btw

    It's like that for me too and I'm in the U.S. I know it runs by EST but they usually come out with the games by 12
