Episode 4 won't download

I have signed in and out. And uninstalled/reinstalled the game. Yet still under Episodes it says "Coming Soon." The others downloaded in their release days.

I have it on my PC. And it's the Season Pass. So does anyone know what I should try next?

    Well apparently all i had to do is restart my computer. I thank myself for the support and patience. With out me I would be lost.
