Mac Season Pass - Episode 4 Not Downloading (again!)

I purchased my Season Pass for Mac back in December.
When I open my game, it says "Episode 4 Coming Soon"
I had this problem for both Episode 2 and 3 and had to use a workaround to get them to work.
Is this issue still really not resolved? I would like to avoid having to do that workaround again.

    I apologize for any difficulties caused by this. You will NOT need to do any workarounds. Between Episodes 3 and 4 the Critical Mac Patch was updated. If you have not yet downloaded and installed the more recent patch file from Here, please do so now, then after you have installed it, start the game while connected to the internet, and Episode 4 will update to show as available to download.

    I have the same problem on mac. I have downloaded the patch... nothing. I turned off anti-virus... nothing. I have made sure I was connected to the internet... nothing. It just keeps showing that Episode 4 is coming soon.
