Complete season bundle problem (Can't Download Episode 2)

I purchased the Tales from the Borderlands Complete Season (Episodes1-5) and downloaded and played the first episode with no problems; however, when I go to the marketplace, episode 2 is not there under that bundle even though it says in the description that "Episodes 1-2 available now". I have tried downloading it through the game itself but it prompts me to buy it, same thing happens when I go through the xbox marketplace.

  • @Unkept Porpoise, I'm having the same issue as you. Episode 1 worked perfectly, but it's prompting me to purchase Episode 2 again.

  • I think it may just be some confusion about having this new collection with episodes 1-5 along with the season pass with 2-5. Hopefully it gets resolved soon though as I paid for and was looking forward to the second part. Probably just telltale or Microsoft not updating the bundle along with the newly released episode, although the description is updated to include the second episode so I'm not quite sure where the problem would be.

    We have contacted Microsoft, and they have updated the Bundle to include the second Episode. You should now be able to start the game, and download and install the episode all from within the in-game Episodes menu. My apologies for the inconvenience, and I hope you enjoy the episode!

    If you have purchased the Complete Season Bundle for Xbox One, you should be able to start the game and open the Episodes menu, and Episode 3 should become available to download and install directly from inside the game. You should not need to purchase the episode individually.
