"Coming soon" then black screen

Hi,
First I had a problem with my game saying episode 4 was “coming soon” after it had been released (I have a PC) and after following some advice on a thread my games screen goes black after the initial startup. The music keeps playing and I can move my mouse but nothing happens. My support tool file is: https://www.sendspace.com/file/r1j0e3

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try starting the game again, and when you see the blank/black screen, please try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the shortcut (Alt+Enter for PC, Command+F for Mac) and see if you are then able to see the game correctly. If so, please then try changing the game's resolution and/or graphics settings to a lower setting, and click Apply. Then try switching back to Full Screen Mode by using the same shortcut, and your issue should then be resolved.

    If you still experience the issue, please close/exit out of the game completely, then also make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Updated Critical PC/Mac Patch available for the game. After it has been installed, then start the game again, and you should be able to play successfully.
