People have said Boltons like to display their victims, so maybe nobody was flayed or killed. Or maybe, hopefully, everyone fled to safety at Talia's behest, or they're just imprisoned.
As much as a bastard Ramsey is, I doubt he raped Talia. She doesn't look entirely traumatized or anything, just frightened and tense.
I don't think he hurt or raped her. It would be more obvious if he did. I think she's just really scared of him (remembers what he did to Ethan) or traumatized because he flayed someone in front of her or something like that.
