Problem with Episode 4

Hi,

I've been playing Telltales GOT on steam and the first three episode worked fine however I have just downloaded episode 4 and tried to start it and it would just crash my game. the intro sometimes works but the artwork and characters don't more or just stand still. I tried playing the previous episodes again and those work fine. I have tried restarting it and looking for other suggestions but nothing has come up.

any advice please?
