Once again another issue with my game - black screen, take 2
I downloaded episode 4 and once the main title screen finishes its cycle the screen goes black with just a black screen and the cursor. This is the second time this has happened. First time was when I downloaded episode 2. I have the patch and everything .... what can I try?

My apologies, we have made a server side fix for this issue on PC/Mac. Please close/exit out of the game completely, then also make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Updated Critical PC/Mac Patch available for the game (We have updated it more recently since Episode 3). After it has been installed, then start the game again, and you should be able to start the game successfully, and play the game.
