I belive she will run from Kings Landing, and depend on your choises you may have some allys(Sera, Tom, Lord Warik?) Mogryin is a capitalist and i dont think he would do something to hurt Mira the guy even helps you by telling Lord Andros secret with the lanisters. I now belive that Sera will be the one who will backstab Mira, intencionaly or not she is a liability.
