Wrong choice being shown in episode 4
Hello! I just started up episode 4 and the recap is showing that I killed Britt by stabbing him in the chest, when I chose to cut his arm at the end of episode 3. Then when episode 4 fades in it shows him dead with the wound in his chest and his arm is completely fine.
I already had to play through Episodes 1 and 2 twice each to get my decisions to stay, don't tell me i have to do it again with 3.
Oh, now I look at the Game of Thrones portion of the site it only lists 4 of the decisions I made in episode 3. Wonderful.
I'm on Xbox One.

I apologize for any difficulties this has caused. As long as you see the proper choices for Episode 3 in your My Choices page from the main menu, please know that your choices have carried over successfully, and this is not an issue with your choices/saves.
I just started episode four and had the exact sams problem. I very deliberately didn't kill that guy and now this might mess up my story. I don't want to have to replay all of episode three again. This is ridiculous. Is this just a common glitch?
