I sincerely apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. If you are still experiencing any crashing when attempting to start the game on Mac, please first try uninstalling the game, then download the new updated installer from our website, and install the game using that installer. If the issue persists, can you please clarify what Mac OS version your Mac is currently updated to?
