I can't download WD S2 episode 4 :(
Hi. When I am downloading episode 4, I always meet the same problem : When download percents reach 100%, some error appears like " Unavailabe network". I have stable wireless internet connection and did most of advices, that I had to read in these discussions. My android device is Prestigio Multipad 4 Quantum and android 4.2.2. Please help, I really messed up with that.

Oh, and I almost forgot. In the internal storage are 2 GB of free space, so enough for all episodes. Episode 2 and 3 deleted.
I apologize for any difficulties this has caused. Below are a few potential solutions:
1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version
2) Force stop the application and any other applications open and running on your device, and then relaunch it
3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.
4) Try connecting to a different WiFi network connection other than your own (Coffee Shop, Internet Cafe, etc.)
5) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.
6) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.
7) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will NOT delete your save data)

My apologies, unfortunately if you are still experiencing the issue it appears that your particular device does not meet the minimum system requirements for the game. Where we require a minimum of a Mali-T600 Series GPU or equivalent, your current device uses a Mali-T400 GPU. This may cause performance/graphical/download issues such as the one you are describing. I recommend try playing on a device that meets the minimum requirements if you have the ability to, or contacting Google Play Support for further assistance and more suggestions on how to get the optimum performance from your particular device.
But I have finished all season one and season two 1-3 episodes without any issues. Game was running how it needs to. Then why episode 4 and 5 needs another system requirements?
Your device does meet the minimum system requirements for Season One, but not for Season Two. Unfortunately the later episodes in Season Two are slightly more graphically intensive, which is why the minimum system requirements to run the game are slightly higher than Season Two. I recommend try playing on a device that meets the minimum requirements if you have the ability to, or contacting Google Play Support for further assistance and more suggestions on how to get the optimum performance from your particular device.
