Game Won't Save
I have family staying with me and they wanted to play the Walking Dead series on my PS4. I've already beaten both seasons and 400 Days, they're digital copies and I never had issues with anything before.
Today my niece completed episode 1 of season 1 and after the credits rolled the screen came up to the save files and said that save 2 and save 3 were ready for new games. My save file 1 is still set at where I completed the game but no matter how many times we watched auto save or finished episode 1, the game refuses to save on both save file 1 and 2. I even tried making a new profile but nothing will make the game save. What's up?

I just deleted the entire game and reinstalled it, the issue is still happening. I backed up my save files to online storage so that I could delete save file 1, it still won't save on any of the 3 files. I can see the autosave icon at the top right but still, nothing will save.
My apologies for the delayed response. If you are currently unable to save in the digital version of the game on your PS4, can you please clarify if you are currently playing it on the PSN Account/PS4 console that you originally purchased it on? Also, had you ever downloaded the game using your account on another PS4? Does the same issue occur if your jump to Episode 2 or 3 and start a new game?
