Problem with game

Hello everyone. I have a problem with the game. In the third episode I spared Britt. When was the choice to pierce his hand or his abdomen, I chose the hand. And then I spared Britt again. I did not finish him and gave him life. But in the opening of new episode (4 episode), when was replay showing, Gared pierce not Britt's hand but his abdomen. And in the begining of the episode I watch a Britt's funeral.

I do not understand... I spared him, but he still died. What is the problem??

    Same here. What's the point choosing non-lethal strikes if he dies anyway?

    I apologize for any difficulties this has caused. As long as you see the proper choices for Episode 3 in your My Choices page on the main menu, please know that your choices have carried over successfully into the next episode regardless of that portion of the previously on.

    So it's intended that Britt dies and we are imprisoned for murder, even if we don't kill him after the fight on the wall?
