The Walking Dead installation

I purchased The Walking Dead on Steam and tried to install it but it stopped on 83%. I do not know what to do or how to fix this, could anyone please help me?

    If you are experiencing any issues with the installation of the game through the Steam Client, please first try changing the download region in which you are receiving the install from. To do this, please click View on the top left of the Steam window, and click Settings from the drop down menu. Once the Settings window is open, click on the Downloads tab, and under the Download Region section, try switching to a different region using the drop down menu. Then close the Settings window, and restart Steam before attempting the update again.

    If the issue persists, please contact Steam Support directly, and they will be able to assist you further with this particular issue.
