Episode download
I purchased the entire Game of Thrones season, downloaded and installed it. The game itself only says I have installed the first episode, and it acknowledges that I have purchased the rest of the episodes, but it says I have not downloaded them. I clicked on the second episode to download it, but it says it failed to download, so I am unsure what to do to gain access to the rest of the season without downloading the whole game again to have it say the same thing.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you have disabled any anti-virus or internet firewall programs open and running that may interfere with the download completing successfully. Then restart the game, and attempt to download the episode again.
If the issue persists, are you currently connected through a wired connection, or through a wireless network connection? If you were connected wirelessly, I recommend try either connecting through a wired connection, or try resetting your wireless network access point (Modem/Router), then try downloading the episode again.
