Ep 4 Achievement still locked (Resolved)

Like many people, the first achievement of Ep 4 didn't unlock during first playthrough. I saw the advice of rewinding the episode to the last checkpoint and the achievement should unlock but this hasn't worked for me.
I've replayed the episode from that checkpoint three times, I've started the episode over twice, I even started from Ep 1 just to make sure, still no unlock.

I know it's silly to complain over one achievement but it's been bugging my perfectionist side for a while. Any tips?

    I apologize for any difficulties caused by this. Please first make sure that you have downloaded the latest update available for the game. you will then need to rewind to the beginning of Episode 4, as the Achievement will only unlock when completing the first chapter (Chapter 1) of Episode 4. You should then see the Achievement unlock successfully in-game.

    Worked like a charm! I think it was perhaps the update causing the issue...I started a new game in a new save file and skipped straight to Chapter 1 of Episode 4 and the achievement unlocked.
