@TelltaleMike your priority should be fixing it for season pass owners. If you're catering to people buying episodes first most others won't… more purchase season passes anymore due to us always having problems. If we're entrusting you with our money you should give us a reason to do so.. Now people who don't even have the season pass get to play the episodes we already paid for first, it's not fair and loyal customers will lose faith in you guys
The episode is out but it won't let me use my season pass and download it on the actual game. It still says Coming Soon! even though it's on the Marketplace. I have the season pass so I don't want to pay again for it. Any ideas?
I have a Season Pass on Xbox360 for Tales from the Borderlands. I can buy Episode 3 and play it, but since I pre-purchased it, it still says coming soon and won't let me download it. So why are those of us that pre-purchased the game screwed?
Thanks for the extra information @ThatGuyFromSeasonOne! For everyone else, I recommend try turning your console Off and back On again, and see if the game's Episodes menu updates to show the episode as available to download in-game.
Ok I had the same issue on the 360 and these are the steps I took and it resolved the issue.
1: Uninstalled the 138 Mb Title update from system storage, and the 6Mbs update.
2: Turned the 360 totally off then back on.
3: Opened the game not logged into my account and signed in after opening the game.
4: Signed in when forced.
After that it recognized Episode 3 was "Purchased Not Downloaded," rather then "Coming Soon."
Update:
We have just verified that the episode should now show as available to download in-game through the Episodes menu if you have purchased the Season Pass. If you have not yet tried again, please start the game while connected to the internet and logged into your Xbox Live account, and the Episodes menu should update to show Episode 3 as available to download! We thank you for your patience, and hope you enjoy the game!

I haven't played the episode yet since I downloaded it, but I seem to have alot of glitches when I play The Walking Dead and other Telltale titles, but most of them go away once I play a scene over again. If you are having really bad gitch issues, try rewinding to the last part you made to, and if that doesn't work then try restarting the game (and I guess the console if nothing else works).
@Gobstopper Could you clarify what chapter/scene in the episode in which you experienced the issues/freeze? Any extra info you can provide, I can pass along to the team for investigation.

If you are still unable to see the episode as available in-game, could you clarify what region/country/state you are currently located in?
Still not up. At this point I'd rather go play something that works
How's Massachusetts looking?
