Old Purchases Not Showing in Receipts or My Games

Apologies if I could have found this, but the search wasn’t showing much relevant.

Way back - in 2011 - I bought The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition. Now it doesn’t show up in My Games, but also the transaction doesn’t show under the Receipts (Purchase History) tab. I still have the receipt email containing the order ID, etc.

Is there anything that can be done here?

    My apologies, after the switch to the new website layout, some receipts did not transfer over successfully, but your purchased games should all still be in your My Games page. After looking over your Telltale account history in our database, it appears that you have purchased Tales From Monkey Island, Puzzle Agent 1 and 2, and redeemed Back To The Future Ep1. If you have an Order ID number for your purchase of Secret of Monkey Island, could you please provide the Order ID number?
