Season pass question

I bought the season pass for tales from the bordwrlands on my ps3. My question is do I have to purchase another season pass now that I have upgraded to PS4 or how do I get the content able to be downloaded?

    Unfortunately Season Pass purchases cannot be transferred between platforms. If you would like to play the game on your PS4, you will need to acquire that version of the game from the Playstation Store. I apologize I could not assist you further with your request.
