Missing choice notices.

in Tales from the Borderlands – Android/Kindle Support

I have a minor problem with Tales from the Borderlands. Anytime I make a choice (You trusted Fiona over Jack) or say something (Vaughn will remember that), it no longer displays on the top left. How do I fix?
I am on Kindle Fire HD.
And while we're at it, where is episode 3?

    Okay, so I see episode 3, but it won't even start to download.

    My apologies, Episode 3 was not yet available for Kindle devices at the time of your post. Episode 3 should now be available, though! Please start the game app while connected to the internet, and the game should update to show Episode 3 as available to download in-game, and you will be able to download and install it from the Episodes menu.
