App Won't Open
I play Tales From the Borderland using my phone. Since the release of Episode 3, I have not been able to access my phone. Before, I entered it fine and bought the episode. I tried downloading it, but I ran out of space. So I went to delete some photos and apps to make room. Now, I can't get in. My wifi is always strongly connected, but it just shows a black screen and takes me back to the home screen. However, when I put on airplane mode, I am able to access it, but when I turn the wifi back on, it will crash and not be able to download it. I use an iPhone 6 and both the app and the phone are fully up to date.

I am not a Telltale staff member and i am unable help with this technical issue so i moved this to the support forum where @TelltaleMike will be able to assist you further.
@Apple3 Please first try closing the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources to run the game. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to open the app and download and play Episode 3 successfully.
