Here's something I've been wondering since the first plot details were released back at E3, and now that we have the game, I'd like to solicit your opinions.

Mind you, I believe the first episode tiptoes the answer on purpose.

So, here goes:
Is LeChuck really evil, or is he just cursed, like Guybrush's hand? It would be a nice twist if he turned out to be decent guy but I'm not sure if it wouldn't ruin the character to a degree.
