Problem with Season Pass

I bought the season pass when the game came out, but now it's charging me to download Episode 4.

    You can download and install Episode 4 in different ways. Below are the 3 suggested ways you can download the Episode:

    1) Download the episode from the in-game Episodes Menu.

    2) Download the Episode from the Playstation Store app on your console by searching for 'Game of Thrones' then going to the Add-Ons list in the Store Page, and Episode 4 should show up on that list.

    3) Go to the Playstation Store Website, do a search for 'Game of Thrones' and download the episode remotely from a computer, to your PS3.

    Please try downloading the episode using the above methods, and you should be able to successfully download, install, and play it.
