Won't recognize Google Play account

in Tales from the Borderlands – Android/Kindle Support

I bought a season pass for TFTB and when I try to download episode 3, it say to log on to google play (which I already logged on to). I unistalled the game and cleared the data but It still says I need to log on to Google play (I lost episode 2 which I previously downloaded). I tested Walking dead season 2 and It works fine so it isn't my tablet. I have a Galaxy Note pro 12.2

    Sigh,
    Well If you have this problem, I have a partial solution. Copy your savegame folder. Mine was //sdcard/TellTale/Borderlands. After that I reinstalled everything and then copied my save files back. I can't re-download afterwards but at least I have episode 3.

    My apologies for any difficulties this has caused you. Can you please clarify if you currently have the game installed to your internal memory of your device, or the external SD Card? Currently the game only supports being installed to the internal memory of an Android device. If you have it downloaded and installed to an external SD Card, you may experience errors such as the one you are describing.
