Game keeps crashing

My brother just got episode 3 of TFTB and it keeps crashing at loading dlc. We tried hard rebooting it a couple of times.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are currently crashing during the 'Connecting to servers/DLC' screen and you have already tried hard resetting your console, you can also try deleting and re-downloading the game from your console and see if you are then able to start the game successfully.

    If the issue persists, we have had a few other users affected by a similar issue stating that they were able to resolve this particular issue by Removing their Account from their console, then re-Downloading their Account back onto their console. After doing this, you should be able to start the game while connected to the internet, and successfully start the game.
