Frame rate/stutter issue Episode 3

Hi guys,

I keep getting framerate issues and even stutters alot of the time while playing Episode 3. I've been having issue since Episode 1 but episode 3 has been the worst. All of my game is saved on an external hard drive. All my other games work fine.

I'd like to play the episode smoothly and enjoy it, instead of getting annoyed by stuttering and jumping.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are experiencing lagging/stuttering in-game with the game downloaded to an external hard drive, I recommend either try moving the game to your internal hard drive, or re-downloading the game to your console's internal hard drive (as well as having your save files and Xbox Live profile all located on the same storage device). Then start the game, and you should not experience the same performance issues. Please also make sure that you have updated the game to the latest version available.
