Web choices not showing up?

I linked my account like it asked me, but when I try to view the choices on the website, it tells me I need to buy the game.

    It appears that your choices have been recorded in our database successfully. If you are currently unable to see your Extended stats and choices on our website, please first try logging out, and back into your Telltale account on this website, then go to your Tales From The Borderlands Choices Page and see if it has updated.

    If the issue persists, you can also try clearing your web browser's cache/cookies for this website, then log into your account again and see if your Choices page updates.

    Could you please clarify how many save slots you are currently using in-game? Also, are you playing the game while connected to a WiFi network, or offline (not connected)?

    When you open your Settings page by clicking My Account at the top of the webpage, then clicking Settings from the drop down bar, do you see your account linked successfully under the 'Linking' section of that page?

  • It just says this:

    Telltale Games now offers you the opportunity to link your Telltale Games account to your other game accounts. Linking will allow us to provide you with additional features, like more Choices on the website!

    At this time, linking does not give us the option to connect purchases you’ve made on other platforms to our website, so while you can link to your Steam versions of Telltale’s games, you will not see those products listed on the “My Games” page.

    This seems to imply that you CAN'T get your website choices unless you got the game through Steam, but that contradicts what the game itself says.

    This messaging only states that you can now link your other game accounts to your Telltale account, which will allow us to provide you with more features such as Extended Choices. The second sentence states that your purchased Telltale games on other platforms (Such as steam) will not show up under your My Games page on this website.

    You should also see a green 'Link Your Steam Account' button if your account is not yet linked. Can you please clarify if you see this button, or if you see 'Linked to Steam as (Your Steam Account Name)' with an 'Unlink' button next to your name?

    Apologies for my confusion, your iOS device does not seem to be linked in our database. I will make sure to pass it along to the team for investigation. Could you please clarify if you were always connected to WiFi 100% of the time while playing, or only some of the time?
