Season Pass not downloading

in Tales from the Borderlands – Xbox One Support

I bought The Telltale Games Collection & all the other games downloaded properly with the exception of the Tales From The Borderlands season pass. When viewing the store page it shows I have to purchase it. I worked with Xbox support & when all options were exhausted I was pointed here. This appears to be not an uncommon issue, which is a real shame. I hope this can be resolved hastily.

    I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. Please note that if you have purchased the Telltale Games Collection, the Season PAss is included, and will then be tied to your account. Once you start Episode 1 of Tales From The Borderlands while connected to the internet, you should be prompted to update the game to the latest version, and you should then be able to download Episodes 2 and 3 from the in-game Episodes menu.
