Issue installing episodes (IOS)

in Tales from the Borderlands – iOS Support

Recently I decide to get tales on my phone after playing through what is realised I Pc and had no problems there but I bought the season pass for IOS and whenever I try to install a new episode e.g episode 2 it says there is new content would your like to go back to the main menu or something like that and it never installs . Please help Guess I'll go back to borderlands 2 or The walking dead for now

    I apologize for the inconvenience, please first try closing the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully download and install the episode. If the issue persists, could you please clarify what iOS device you are currently using to play the game, and what iOS version it is currently updated to?

    If the issue persists, could you please clarify what iOS device you are currently using to play the game, and what iOS version number it is currently updated to? Also, what country/region are you currently located in?

    IPhone 5s Version 7.03 And New Zealand game version is 1.3 I think

    Try updating your iPhone to iOS 8.4. I've found that TFTB works a lot better in the newer OS, and it may help solve any issues. Don't worry, this iOS update has no major issues, its much more stable than iOS 7.

    Yeah but I have that glitch where Other on iTunes is taking up 7gb of 13 so Yeah and traing at the moment so can't update for at least for afew days
