Cannot restore purchase on iOS
To whom it may concern,
I read recently purchased The walking dead season one I purchased the multi pack for $20 on iOS for my iPad. At some point I ran out of space and needed to delete it so I hadn't completed the full season. Just last week I reinstalled the season one and wanted to restore my purchase was unable to. I read in the forum that sometimes restarting the device help which I've tried to no avail. I also read that it might be useful to completely restore the device to factory settings. After going to the app and trying to restore my purchases again it seems it still doesn't recognize the fact that I purchased anything and asked me to pay again. As you can imagine this is been an extremely time-consuming and frustrating experience.
Here is what I'm looking for. Either you can give me some kind of code that I can redeem or you can refund me the money and I can repurchase the episode. I another avenue to get into my fully restored but I can't imagine what that might be. Haven't gone or I thought one point that you directed another similar case towards Google. I've checked the Apple Pay to see if they can help me but it seems they directed me to this page for support. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

If you are still unable to restore your purchases by following the steps in the workaround thread, please try proceeding through the purchase path to purchase Multi-Pack again, then when you are prompted, enter your password. As long as you are logging into the same Apple account that you originally purchased the game application with, you should be able to tap 'Buy' when it says “Confirm your in-app purchase”, and you will receive a pop up saying “You’ve already purchased this. Would you like to get it again for free?” and tap OK, and your previous purchases will be restored.
