paid for episode 3 and it won't even load...
I got this game for my android and instantly enjoyed it. Completed the first episode, so I bought the second episode, it kept closing on me but I kept trying and eventually it stopped. then after I beat the second, I bought the third. That's where everything started, or shall I say stopped. It doesn't even get me to the main menu screed to click on fables or chapters or settings. "Click the screen to begin" then it just stays on that loading screen where it just freezes or something. Please help I'm not trying to start something I either want it fixed or,my money back

I have no idea how this website works, I don't know how the discussion is closed when there hasn't even been a solution. If this is how this website works,I'm going to just write a letter the the main corporation and get my money back
Your thread didn't get closed but it did get moved to the correct support section, i am not Telltale staff and i don't know anything about the android version so i am unable to help with your technical issue but hopefully @TelltaleMike or another support staff member will be able to assist you further.
I've uninstalled the game, then re-installed it hoping something might change. But still when I tap the screen to begin it freezes but the music still plays. Do I just keep tapping? Tap Tap taparoo
It's an LG optimus exceed 2
@NickTrifonov747 My sincerest apologies, after looking up your device's specs, you should be able to play the game successfully. I noticed that your particular device only has 4GB internal memory. Can you please clarify how much space you have left on your internal memory? The app may not be able to function correctly if you have run out of internal storage space. (It cannot run off of an external SD Card.)
If you feel the app is hitching/lagging/not performing well, you may be able to improve the performance of the app by following these few potential solutions (You may have tried a few, but I will post all of the relevant potential solutions for you below):
1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version
2) Force stop the application and any other applications open and running on your device, and then relaunch it
3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.
4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch the game again.
5) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.
6) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will NOT delete your save data)
