Bloody hand

I have been thinking recently and I wonder how do we even know that the bloody hand from the trailer is Ramsay's? The face of the man is never shown so technically, it could be anybody. From the way Ramsay has behaved in the past it's logical to assume that he is the one responsible for the blood, but maybe the trailer is set that way so we would freak out. Perhaps it's Rodrik punishing the traitor or maybe I'm completely wrong. Tell me what you think! :)

    I've spent way too long making gmvs. But I can attest to the fact that it is Ramsay, since his outfit has not changed in any way since Episode one. He's still wearing the same charcoal grey coat/shirt/whatever. & if you examine a screenshot of Ramsay from Episode One, especially the sleeves, you'll see it's the same as on wrist of the hand. Plus, the boots were way too light in color to be Rodrik's.
