Pre-Sequel Exclusive Heads and Skins not there.

I have the season pass for Tales which means i should get the exclusive heads and skins in the Pre-Sequel, but they aren't there. But i do have the exclusive loot. Its also asking me to purchase the season pass on Tales again even though i already own it. Any ideas on what to do? i already uninstalled and installed both games.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that the Season Pass is tied to your Xbox Live account, and there is not a download file associated with the Tales From The Borderlands Season Pass. If you are unable to receive your Pre-Sequel Unlocks, please make sure to look over the Exclusive Unlocks Thread to ensure you have met all the requirements to receive the Unlocks in your SHiFT account.
