TWAU shows black background

Help..I can't play this game on my phone..even though its got quadcore 1.3ghz and 1gb ram..whenever I launch the game it shows the warner bro logo and its then goes dark but sound keeps playing but responds to touch when I tap some parts of the screen

  • I had to buy the PC version rather than continue to play on my Kindle, because all of the characters and some objects were all blacked out, like giant shadows. I think a mod or someone in support staff said that the Kindle can't fully process the graphics because there's too much for the hardware to handle, or something. Maybe it's like that on mobile phones as well? I'm not really sure.

  • Yeah, I was asking on which kind of phone? There are iPhones, but Android phones could also be a possibility.

    @topze I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. Unfortunately it appears that your Android device's GPU does not meet the minimum system requirements to successfully run the game. Where we require a minimum of a Mali-T600 series GPU or equivalent, your current device uses a Mali-T400 series GPU. I recommend either playing on a device that is above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests.
